Awful management & Culture - Anonymous employee Local Initiatives Support Corporation Employee Review

Being interviewed for three rounds , and asking personal question & psychological questions is a joke and a trap. I will not disclose who, but it is a very toxic company and will never put this on my resume. I wish I never even met this company to being with. I applied for a position, and I get a total different job description. What a waste of time . If I specifically applied for a position, I expect it. I did not even get that, and gave me a different position. I left, and found something way better.
