Pros
Smaller sites have a lot of advancement opportunities. A lot of training offered for leadership developement. If you perform and give 100% then you will have strong stability and recognition. Been there for 10+ years and overall, outstanding place to work.
Cons
Company tends to have a lot of "retired in place" (RIP) employees that the company is afraid to get rid of. 80/20 rule: 20% making things happen and 80% RIP or doing just enough to get by. Performance system needs some changes, and new healthcare benefits needs improvement.
