Pros
We do cool stuff. We have great leadership at all levels. Lockeed places great emphasis on engaging employees, giving back to employees and our communities. The benefits are some of the best I've seen and I've worked in several industries before starting here. Lots of mentorship programs and training available.
Cons
You'd have to be very picky to think of any meaningful con. It just doesn't exist in my opinion.
