Awful and getting worse by the year. - Business Analyst Lockheed Martin Employee Review

Company cannot innovate and can barely maintain what they have. Employment forecast is all downhill due to defense cuts. I know because I did forecast analysis. Benefits have been cut to the bone. Promotions are on hold indefinitely. Morale is the worst I have ever seen. Everyone is afraid to speak up or deviate from the 'norm' for fear of drawing the wrath of managers who are even more afraid. No turnaround expected in the current decade; the company is in survival mode.
