      The benefits at Lockheed Martin are pretty reasonable, management generally tries to find work suitable for you, there are a lot of resources for employees.

      Cons

      Work culture in certain areas is very toxic, old contracts hold the company back in certain areas, dysfunctionality is common place, but is accepted by the collective as unchangeable reality.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
