Pros
A good company to work for as there are a lot of projects going on. Competent co-workers. Strong mission-focus.
Cons
It is a very big company with a lot of people who plan on staying there for life. That's good for the company but the downside for junior employees is that they can toil away for years in anonymity and not move up. Also, pay tends to lag behind. Advice to junior employees: Try to get into the LDP (Leadership Development Program).
