      Fast paced environment that rewards those who work hard. Its an exciting time to be a part of Lockton the year over year growth is incredible.

      Cons

      The work load is typically more than people can handle. More new talent needs to be brought on to give relief so more time can be focused on new accounts.

      When I first started, they convinced me this was a great place to work.

      Cons

      Depending on the department and how often the supervisors rotated, I was given different rules not listed in the handbook. They outsource positions and let people go for no reason. I have on video on LinkedIn of them letting me go and being told it nothing to do with my job performance. The so called “Anonymous” survey’s they require employees to take, will come back against you if you’re honest.
