      Fast paced, sink or swim environment. Those who are A players do well and are rewarded financially and with growth opportunities. Forward thinking company that really is committed to providing exceptional client service. Culture is great.

      Cons

      Workload can be challenging. Competence is rewarded with additional client assignments. There are opportunities to improve technology to streamline efficiency. Each office sets its own processes so if you work with multiple offices, the approaches will vary.

      When I first started, they convinced me this was a great place to work.

      Cons

      Depending on the department and how often the supervisors rotated, I was given different rules not listed in the handbook. They outsource positions and let people go for no reason. I have on video on LinkedIn of them letting me go and being told it nothing to do with my job performance. The so called “Anonymous” survey’s they require employees to take, will come back against you if you’re honest.
