      Pros

      Great culture, some of brightest minds in Insurance you can surround yourself within KC and by far the best associate development that is offered in KC compared to other companies in the insurance industry.

      Cons

      Those coming in as entry level right out of college start out at a really low salary compared to other top companies to work for in KC. It is difficult to then to earn a salary that is equivalent to what their market worth is after a couple years of insurance industry experience, which results in fairly high turnover.

      When I first started, they convinced me this was a great place to work.

      Cons

      Depending on the department and how often the supervisors rotated, I was given different rules not listed in the handbook. They outsource positions and let people go for no reason. I have on video on LinkedIn of them letting me go and being told it nothing to do with my job performance. The so called “Anonymous” survey’s they require employees to take, will come back against you if you’re honest.
