Great culture made up of people at all levels that care about you personally and your career.
Cons
Lockton is not very structured, and can be a bit “sink or swim” which I actually think is one of its strengths as it creates a great working culture built on trust, however it’s certainly not for everyone.

When I first started, they convinced me this was a great place to work.
Cons
Depending on the department and how often the supervisors rotated, I was given different rules not listed in the handbook.
They outsource positions and let people go for no reason. I have on video on LinkedIn of them letting me go and being told it nothing to do with my job performance.
The so called “Anonymous” survey’s they require employees to take, will come back against you if you’re honest.
