1. Only for freshers 2. Worst choice for Experienced persons, they will learn nothing new 3. Full of Politics 4. No Management staff like HR 5. Worst job security, If you argued for a valid point against some seniors and they complained about you, then you may b fired without a chance to hear your point. 6. You may b fired for no reason or a silly reason. 7. Didn't get support once you left the job 8. No new technology is used, even not using existing technologies, using tools which is not useful in any other companies. 9. Not a single level progress, if you are assigned to any big team 10. Mobile is not allowed and many time you don't get response on company number, what if there is any emergency? 11. Only Sunday is off day.
