Pros

Company has decent pay and 401k matching

Cons

Do you enjoy constantly being rushed? Extremely poor planning and communication? Working somewhere with absolutely no values? If so, you will fit right in here! I worked extremely long work hours for the position I was in and received very little feedback. The only time I heard from anyone above me was when they had something to complain about or were looking for someone to throw under the bus. There aren't any employees here in support positions (accounting, safety, IT, etc.) that enjoy their job anymore. If you aren't in a position to make the company money, they absolutely don't care about you. If you point out glaring concerns that any normal company would address, you are pretty much shunned or just wind up getting excluded from meetings/communications that you need to do your job. People who have been here a long time and are the entire reason certain divisions in the company are even profitable get the shaft and they hire everyone's friends and family from the company the CEO just left. Don't get me wrong, if you have 0 moral values and like kissing butt, you can make a killing here. They don't scrimp on pay, but after a while this place feels like it is destroying your soul.

Pros

Fantastic culture and opportunities in this rapidly growing company. If you get your foot in the door and put in the work, leadership opportunities are there.

Cons

Can be high stress at times due to the pace of growth. That said, the environment is such that you are never grinding alone. Management has committed to adding significant resources which we’ve already seen in motion.

Pros

Fairly social atmosphere with basic office themes, parties, birthdays, holidays.

Cons

Politically charged and religious environment. Gave my phone number to 3rd party chaplain to text me after I posted about my job experience on LinkedIn and had left the company months prior. Bonus structure antiquated, non merit based. Boss calling you after 9pm to hype up 1.5% bonus. As an IT office worker 50 percent of PTO/Vacation days were interrupted and turned into working days driven by phone calls. Complaints ignored. Gut feelings rather than empirical data guiding decisions. Projects abandoned and delayed Forced to work in office, refusal to put in redundant Internet.
