Pros
- Fair pay - Good 401k - Nice new building
Cons
Where does one start? There seems too many to list. This company is the definition of "flying by the seat of your pants" in literally every aspect of how they operate. Very little planning, extremely poor communication, overworked employees doing the job of 2 -3 people, the list goes on and on. The "c-level" employees (and I am using that term very loosely as none of these people would be able to hold a job anywhere reputable) seem extremely detached from everything going on in the company. There is a giant safety/HR/compliance concern? Don't bother involving those c-level employees, they are too busy travelling the country attending conferences, arranging for a coffee truck to come to the building, or doing some other nonsensical activity leaving the people who aren't paid 6 figures to figure everything out by themselves. The entire time working here, it seemed like this company couldn’t even go a week without having some 911 situation that could have easily been prevented if things were communicated, planned out, and if the top level employees were even trying to work as a team. You are not part of a team when you work here though, just a servant to some extremely self-serving people.
