Pros

Rapid learning of a older product built on a lot of open source goods. Unlimited FTO (if people can cover you), remote ability (thanks COVID!), fair medical benefits.

Cons

At 1.5 yrs take what you learned and go to a startup that has money. This group struggles with long term vestment as its faster to move around and title grab. Caring and personable managers are driven out. Fun perks are gone, no 401k match, mandated reduced salaries, $0 equity grants, and a founder bailed after being sidelined. Support Ops focus: Wrong ticketing platform. The tools are supposed to help us be productive, not us constantly working around the tool. IT/IS team is a roadblock to get the right tools. Product licensing is a nightmare. Step up to the modern age of self service. Start utilizing true performance metrics. Closes are good, but move focus to weighted metrics and first call resolution. Support group struggles with KPIs.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to our team. We agree that LogRhythm is a great place to begin and build a career where you can get hands on experience with an exciting security platform as well as underlying technologies that allow for great long-term career growth. Like many companies, we were impacted by the start of COVID. At LogRhythm we aimed to move proactively and aggressively to protect the livelihoods of our entire team to ensure that we emerge from the global pandemic strong and well positioned to move ahead quickly. As such, we made the very difficult decision to take temporary salary reductions across the entire company. It only lasted 3 months and pay for the entire company was restored as quickly as possible. We appreciate and recognize the sacrifice made by every employee during the difficult time . We are proud of how everyone pulled through, and are humbled by the effort of many to drive forward as a team. To help us to continue to grow our efficiency and productivity, we’ve made a significant investment in our infrastructure. Some of these items include implementing a new telephony system for our Support team, a significant modernization of our SalesForce platform, as well as other software such as Power BI. Our journey to improve our technology is well underway and improving each quarter. KPI's are a critical tool for a business to understand how it is performing. Some KPI's are easy to measure, like sales bookings and closed cases, and other are harder to measure such as assisting on a customer case or contributing to a knowledge article. Earlier this year we enhanced our Support KPI's to include weighted metrics to capture some of these less tangible, but very important, activities that contribute to an employee's productivity. We will continue to evaluate these items as a team to ensure we are appropriately capturing the great work that is done with in our LogRhythm team. Thank you again for taking the time to provide your feedback.

Pros

Lower level employees are truly wonderful and are the bread and butter to what keeps this place afloat Unlimited PTO

Cons

TLDR: place is a dumpster fire, highly would not recommend working here at their current name or the name they are merging under Pay is awful Toxic work culture characterized by favoritism, micromanagement, and lack of transparency. Ineffective leadership from the senior "leaders" Atmosphere of fear and distrust instead of collaboration and open communication. Marketing has dictatorial leadership stifling innovation and creativity. High level executive often engages in online bullying of other companies. Total disregard for feedback provided during exit interviews. It's like they exist as a checkmark and not to make any change. Lack of accountability from upper management. Disconnect between upper management and the rest of the organization.
