Don't work in customer care (support and professional services) - Technical Support LogRhythm Employee Review

Pros

A few bits of the old culture remain, the old family atmosphere and excitement. Some great people are still there, people you'll want to go drinking and hiking with over the weekend. They're growing pretty fast, so you've got job security. Huge influx of new, young employees. If you're in sales or management, you'll get lots of positive recognition and attention from senior management, you'll be well-treated, well-payed and well-rewarded....

Cons

... but if you're not, don't expect to be paid what you're worth. You'll be moved up the tiers in Support, you'll be given additional responsibilities, you'll help train up newbies and you'll wear a hundred hats. But most people never see anything more than an annual cost of living increase. We're all at least $10-15 grand underpaid. But the work looks good on a resume. So much focus on quantity over quality. Management is obsessed with metrics. It creates a lot of stress. And many of the managers don't get along with one another.

Pros

Lower level employees are truly wonderful and are the bread and butter to what keeps this place afloat Unlimited PTO

Cons

TLDR: place is a dumpster fire, highly would not recommend working here at their current name or the name they are merging under Pay is awful Toxic work culture characterized by favoritism, micromanagement, and lack of transparency. Ineffective leadership from the senior "leaders" Atmosphere of fear and distrust instead of collaboration and open communication. Marketing has dictatorial leadership stifling innovation and creativity. High level executive often engages in online bullying of other companies. Total disregard for feedback provided during exit interviews. It's like they exist as a checkmark and not to make any change. Lack of accountability from upper management. Disconnect between upper management and the rest of the organization.
