Pros

I am encouraged to use creative methods when faced with new problems or situations that require analytical resolution. The management style allows me to develop my skills to work more efficiently. When beginning a new project, my managers always give me the “why” and allows me be a part of the bigger picture. The management of LogRhythm believes that the employees have ideas too, and has an open door policy that allows for an environment of sharing those ideas. I am grateful to be working for a Company that is supportive of it's employees, provides outstanding benefits for health and well being, as well provide a salary structure that I feel is very competitive in the marketplace.

Cons

Are you kidding? There are no cons at this awesome Company!

Pros

Lower level employees are truly wonderful and are the bread and butter to what keeps this place afloat Unlimited PTO

Cons

TLDR: place is a dumpster fire, highly would not recommend working here at their current name or the name they are merging under Pay is awful Toxic work culture characterized by favoritism, micromanagement, and lack of transparency. Ineffective leadership from the senior "leaders" Atmosphere of fear and distrust instead of collaboration and open communication. Marketing has dictatorial leadership stifling innovation and creativity. High level executive often engages in online bullying of other companies. Total disregard for feedback provided during exit interviews. It's like they exist as a checkmark and not to make any change. Lack of accountability from upper management. Disconnect between upper management and the rest of the organization.
