Pros

Great leadership. Excellent onboarding process. Gartner magic quadrant product. Nimble company that can respond to changing market. As a new employee, excellent support and training during ramp up period. Friendly and knowledgeable support functions within the company (HR, recruiting, office management, etc.) A lot of advancement from within. I can see a clear career path to follow. Excellent compensation.

Cons

The only con I can see is a result of a good problem to have. Currently not enough work spaces for the employees, but that is being built out right now and will be ready soon. Having been at many companies, the fact that the only thing to complain about is not having my own desk, (and it is already being addressed) bodes very well for an awesome company. I definitely made the right choice!

Pros

Lower level employees are truly wonderful and are the bread and butter to what keeps this place afloat Unlimited PTO

Cons

TLDR: place is a dumpster fire, highly would not recommend working here at their current name or the name they are merging under Pay is awful Toxic work culture characterized by favoritism, micromanagement, and lack of transparency. Ineffective leadership from the senior "leaders" Atmosphere of fear and distrust instead of collaboration and open communication. Marketing has dictatorial leadership stifling innovation and creativity. High level executive often engages in online bullying of other companies. Total disregard for feedback provided during exit interviews. It's like they exist as a checkmark and not to make any change. Lack of accountability from upper management. Disconnect between upper management and the rest of the organization.
