Pros

35 hour work week, beautiful campus, free chiropractic care

Cons

The advancement leadership is top-down. They do not value the experience new employees bring to the table. The supervisor halted my training after deciding he did not like my assertive personality. I had made suggestions on how to improve some products and offered to do the work, but my supervisor viewed the suggestions as criticism. I felt devalued and was in constant fear of failing to make it through the probationary period of six months. In the six weeks I was there, I did busy work such as calling everyone who had made a gift in the past two months to say thank you.
