Getting around Seattle can be rough, although with the impact of Covid, it seems as if things are getting a bit better. The Company stresses flexibility, so hopefully you’re able to work with your supervisor to make the best of it. We agree that the Leadership team is made up of people who really want the best for our people, and while those personalities can be strong, we believe that the strength of those voices – and their willingness to be voice their opinions – gets us to better decisions. And we hear you about how employee satisfaction varies across the Company, so we’re putting a lot of emphasis into building tools and resources to bring more consistency to our approach across the organization. To be honest, you may not see immediate impact from that because it can take time to percolate, but over time we hope to see that even out a bit. Regarding your advice to management, we just wrapped up the "return-to-office" survey and hope you added your perspective there as well!
