Leadership treats employees like numbers, not people. There's a strong reliance on gaslighting and scare tactics to manage teams, and feedback is not only unwelcome—it’s met with hostility. If you raise concerns or suggest improvements, you're often told outright that you're free to leave if you’re not happy with “how things are.”
Work-life balance is virtually nonexistent. Although the company claims to offer a hybrid work environment, remote days are clouded by constant mistrust. Managers frequently imply that employees aren’t working hard enough from home and use passive-aggressive comments to make their skepticism known. In the office, there is unspoken pressure to be at your desk by 8am sharp and not leave a minute before 5pm—any deviation is noticed and gossiped about by management.
There’s also a frustrating lack of consistency. New processes are introduced with urgency—employees are expected to drop everything and jump in—only to have them abandoned a short time later with no reflection or learning. The culture has deteriorated significantly, and mental health across the team is at an all-time low. Despite knowing all of this, the CEO continues to look the other way.
