Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We strongly believe in continuous growth and improvement, and are so appreciative of the time you’ve taken to share your experiences.
I’m happy to hear that you believe we have a good product. It really is incredible, and our rapid growth is an indication that many others have seen that, too. Thank you as well for noting the strength of our customer support team. One of our core pillars is “Customer Obsessed” and a significant component of that is to have a support team that is able to care for, understand, and resolve any issues that come their way. We are nothing without the amazing people and teams that use LogicMonitor, and to show them how much we care is everything.
We are also nothing without the amazing team members that make LogicMonitor who we are –a collection of unique individuals bringing their differences to create an environment and product that is truly impactful. I’m sorry to hear that you feel like you left a different company than you joined, and that many of the reasons you loved working here seem to have diminished. Sustaining the culture that we are so proud of – one of support, ownership, challenge, and safety – has always been, and will always be our priority through rapid growth.
Our executive, management, and HR teams work incredibly hard to ensure that our compensation plans are aligned with market, are fair, and attainable, that you are supported when ill, and have a safe avenue to report any concerns about your environment. As is in any high growth situation, we are moving fast, and change is inevitable, providing incredible opportunities for those here to expand their skillsets and impact change.
The care of our team members is always something we want to ensure remains consistent, and we take great attention and pride in ensuring that it is our priority. I’m sorry to hear this wasn’t your experience, and I’d love an opportunity to chat with you about some of the details you noted above to ensure we understand your feedback better and are able to resolve any concerns you have.
