We balance our customer’s budget needs with pricing that reflects the value and impact of our platform as they continue to invest and grow with us. A variety of factors can influence the competitive nature of a deal, and we want to recognize the feedback you’ve shared. We continually look at our pricing models to strike a balance between competitive pricing and the value of our platform. In addition, we are adding more resources to sales training, which will bring more enablement to our sales teams to effectively articulate our pricing strategies.
