      Pros

      Executive management is motivated and trying hard to bring the company around. Work and life balance is decent for the most part and there are some really great people there. Have some really incredible products in music and gaming.

      Cons

      For every great person there are four mediocre ones which frustrate the efforts to change. For every great product there are four mediocre ones. Too many of the employees are 10-4 with 2 hour lunch types and content with the status quo making it feel like a slowly sinking ship. Bay Area is too hot to retain the good talent because of all of this. No career development and few possibilities of advancement.

      Large organization with diverse team

      Cons

      It is common to see employees who have been with the company for at least two decades mess up almost all the projects they handle, then come up with excuses, desperately wants attention ,good at speak ill of others, and expect to get paid for doing little or nothing while pointing fingers at others, who are expected to take on even more work. As a result, other employees often have to clean up the mess, increasing their workload, and this has become normalized. Especially the Asia office
