Pros

+ CEO is inspiring, accessible, and rallied around + Great products (#1 player in most categories, and categories range) + Lots of innovation (50% of Rev comes from New Categories launched in last 5 yrs) + International culture: lots of different languages, accents, and backgrounds makes for interesting lunch/dinner conversations + Opportunity for work/life balance (I read mixed reviews on this work/life before joining, but I feel that if you perform well and clearly signal your vacation time you can have a good balance, relative to my previous employers)

Cons

- Newark is not the most accessible headquarters (not near BART / bad commute roads) - Compensation is slightly lower than top-tier tech firms; we have lost of our best people to higher-paying opportunities (on a per-hour of work basis, it may be higher) - flat organization structure is a double-edged sword, more opportunities to grow internally but less opportunities to market oneself publicly (IMHO this is actually a pro, but feel this is worth mentioning for job-seekers)

Pros

Large organization with diverse team

Cons

It is common to see employees who have been with the company for at least two decades mess up almost all the projects they handle, then come up with excuses, desperately wants attention ,good at speak ill of others, and expect to get paid for doing little or nothing while pointing fingers at others, who are expected to take on even more work. As a result, other employees often have to clean up the mess, increasing their workload, and this has become normalized. Especially the Asia office
