Pros

Very product focused culture. Employees are passionate about the products. It's fun to work in an environment where you can easily relate to, and use, the products. It's also easy to share what you do with friends outside the company since nearly everyone is familiar with at least some of the products. Good CEO. Very down to earth and approachable and focused on driving the long-term success of the company, Strong financials and a disciplined spending culture.

Cons

The majority of the company's sales still come from products developed going back as far as 3-4 years ago and the company is still dependent on the success of the PC industry. It's not clear that they are capable of developing innovative new products that can replace the workhorses in the line-up. While the PC industry looked like it was dying several years ago, things have stabilized and the company benefits from that. The company, like most other relatively big companies in the US, preaches a "small-company" mantra on a regular basis. Somewhat ironic that the CEO and CFO have no true "small-company" experience. The whole thing can feel like lipservice at times.

Pros

Large organization with diverse team

Cons

It is common to see employees who have been with the company for at least two decades mess up almost all the projects they handle, then come up with excuses, desperately wants attention ,good at speak ill of others, and expect to get paid for doing little or nothing while pointing fingers at others, who are expected to take on even more work. As a result, other employees often have to clean up the mess, increasing their workload, and this has become normalized. Especially the Asia office
