Pros

- Great work/life balance - Cool consumer products including mice, keyboard, bluetooth speakers, gaming devices, and universal remotes - Accessible CEO (Bracken Darrell) who's positive and inspiring - Medium-size company that has resource but doesn't feel too big - Fun company culture including all-hands meetings, company parties, and events - Nice, down-to-earth, humble, and friendly employees - Company consists of multiple business units such as gaming, music, video conferencing, or entertainment control that run on their own - Each business unit feels like its own mini-business and you connect with all the folks in your business unit

Cons

- Feels like a small accessory company and not a big tech company like Google, Amazon, Apple, or Facebook - General manager for the entertainment control group is very conservative who turns down anything innovative - Management doesn't seem very big thinking or ambitious - Management and employees working at company seem nice but fairly mediocre from a drive and smarts perspective - Not a very innovative company from a tech standpoint - Tiny budgets to do anything when compared to a bigger tech company - Design group is large and powerful and feels like it runs the company; if you're in Design, its great. If you're not, you feel like they have way too much say

Pros

Large organization with diverse team

Cons

It is common to see employees who have been with the company for at least two decades mess up almost all the projects they handle, then come up with excuses, desperately wants attention ,good at speak ill of others, and expect to get paid for doing little or nothing while pointing fingers at others, who are expected to take on even more work. As a result, other employees often have to clean up the mess, increasing their workload, and this has become normalized. Especially the Asia office
