Pros

Flexible working hours, and WFH 1 day a week no questions asked. Heavily subsidized lunch, free travel or free parking space. Very friendly bunch of people from all over the world. English is the only essential language needed. Good socials with inspirational talks, hackathons, a wide range of training opportunities, travel to the US and Asia. Simply stunning scenery with the lake and mountains very close.

Cons

Can feel like you miss out a bit if you don't speak French (although a good incentive to learn!) The office is on an innovation park but means you are not really near the city centre so can be a bit dead after work. You have to make an effort to get to know people (not great for introverts)

Pros

Large organization with diverse team

Cons

It is common to see employees who have been with the company for at least two decades mess up almost all the projects they handle, then come up with excuses, desperately wants attention ,good at speak ill of others, and expect to get paid for doing little or nothing while pointing fingers at others, who are expected to take on even more work. As a result, other employees often have to clean up the mess, increasing their workload, and this has become normalized. Especially the Asia office
