      Pros

      The products that continue to come out of Logitech, especially supporting smart devices and iPads, are really top-notch. And whereas the company has gotten smaller over the years (downsizing), the innovation stays at the forefront of who they are.

      Cons

      As companies downsize it becomes increasingly hard to invest in product categories. Logitech plays in many product categories and that means fewer dollars to spread around. Maybe it's time to shed some product lines and place your bets on the few that will see you into the future.

      Large organization with diverse team

      Cons

      It is common to see employees who have been with the company for at least two decades mess up almost all the projects they handle, then come up with excuses, desperately wants attention ,good at speak ill of others, and expect to get paid for doing little or nothing while pointing fingers at others, who are expected to take on even more work. As a result, other employees often have to clean up the mess, increasing their workload, and this has become normalized. Especially the Asia office
