Pros

All functions take the time to introduce you to their processes and the best ways of working with them, which is great and it gives you a very good head start. There is always an internal chat room, where you can ask very quickly any questions you have on IT or HR, which helps to move fast past any issues. I also had to move during Covid and the support was great in terms of paperwork needed so that everything is available. Also the company makes sure you have the hardware you need plus gives you an annual amount to buy any additional accessories you may need.

Large organization with diverse team

Cons

It is common to see employees who have been with the company for at least two decades mess up almost all the projects they handle, then come up with excuses, desperately wants attention ,good at speak ill of others, and expect to get paid for doing little or nothing while pointing fingers at others, who are expected to take on even more work. As a result, other employees often have to clean up the mess, increasing their workload, and this has become normalized. Especially the Asia office
