Logitech creates a fantastic culture of engagement for all employees, whatever the discipline. This environment has promoted longevity and even brought employees back who had left the company previously. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else -- it's amazing to work at a company that provides opportunity for career and personal growth, promotes inclusion, equality and also diversity, and lives its values , starting with the CEO.

Cons

On occasion, big company systems and processes might get in the way of progress. However, the culture also promotes barrier breaking and disruption for the better.

It is common to see employees who have been with the company for at least two decades mess up almost all the projects they handle, then come up with excuses, desperately wants attention ,good at speak ill of others, and expect to get paid for doing little or nothing while pointing fingers at others, who are expected to take on even more work. As a result, other employees often have to clean up the mess, increasing their workload, and this has become normalized. Especially the Asia office
