Pros

Global environment. Nice people. Flexible if you get the right manager. Decent worklife balance expectation, although some people are way overloaded. Fun and innovative products. Good balance between a big and small company.

Cons

Poor communication of priorities and vision from senior management. Has become too process-driven - too easy to spend too much time in the muck of navigating the system instead of on the content of your job. Very little cohesive marketing vision to pay off the great work on product. Mediocrity is sometimes ok, and high performers are not always recognized the way they should be. It's also very difficult to tell what the bar should be to get to the next level. Some people without much accomplishment are inexplicably labeled as high potential.

Pros

Large organization with diverse team

Cons

It is common to see employees who have been with the company for at least two decades mess up almost all the projects they handle, then come up with excuses, desperately wants attention ,good at speak ill of others, and expect to get paid for doing little or nothing while pointing fingers at others, who are expected to take on even more work. As a result, other employees often have to clean up the mess, increasing their workload, and this has become normalized. Especially the Asia office
