      Pros

      if you're a gadget geek, then working for Logitech is great because of discounts. If you are comfortable doing the same thing and are good at it, you can have job stability.

      Cons

      internal communication is terrible. lots of confusion and it feels like the company reacts to what the market is doing instead of forging ahead and looking forward. innovation seems reactionary. there are a lot of people who i would say are weak links that work here. it always amazes me that they can keep their job while some people who are pretty good get let go. politics are a large part of logitech. if you want to advance, you most likely need to change groups.

      Large organization with diverse team

      Cons

      It is common to see employees who have been with the company for at least two decades mess up almost all the projects they handle, then come up with excuses, desperately wants attention ,good at speak ill of others, and expect to get paid for doing little or nothing while pointing fingers at others, who are expected to take on even more work. As a result, other employees often have to clean up the mess, increasing their workload, and this has become normalized. Especially the Asia office
