      Pros

      Reasonable Hours. There are cycles: crunch time but also time for rest. Good people and benefits. Is not located in Silicon Valley per se(that's a pro for me)

      Cons

      Lots of layers in management. The usual inverted pyramid bs. Don't know how to market a product. Distribution channels are only for electronics, not for home monitoring or lifestyle
