Pros

It's a paycheque Good benefits Great people (Logitech doesn't know how lucky they are)

Cons

-A lot of talk about how Logitech values employees is just that -talk. Promotions or rewards for hard work are few and far between, and there is little or no career development or training (except the occasional token gesture) -Political environment, often incompetent people promoted over competent. (As long as you work long hours you will get recognized regardless of output) -Moral is low in Mississauga office, people disappearing constantly (by choice or not) and head count is not replaced -If you are looking for a long term career move don't come here unless you are planning to move to India soon.

Pros

Large organization with diverse team

Cons

It is common to see employees who have been with the company for at least two decades mess up almost all the projects they handle, then come up with excuses, desperately wants attention ,good at speak ill of others, and expect to get paid for doing little or nothing while pointing fingers at others, who are expected to take on even more work. As a result, other employees often have to clean up the mess, increasing their workload, and this has become normalized. Especially the Asia office
