Many seniors are new to their role and seem to care more about shining in their new role, rather than doing what is right for the credit union. They listen to expert advise, but then ignore it, which feels like a fake attempt at inclusivity. They are also a bit clicky. If you are not in the club, you are not in the club and excluded from information. Although the credit union tries hard to be positive and pro culture, it comes off forced and inauthentic. They are so pro employee that many employees take advantage of this and abuse their roles. This is a challenge for employees doing the right thing. There needs to a be a greater level of accountability. Good staff leave because poor staff remain. With the exception of the CEO and a couple more seasoned senior team members, the majority of the senior team is not inspiring (not leaders). All the good ones left.
