Pros

Nice co-workers. Nice buildings, highly challenging. Lots of room for growth.

Cons

The work environment at Logos is strange. In some of the departments, particularly marketing, it feels like extended college, most of the employees are under the age of 30. This is probably because the marketing department underpays most of its employees and the ones who are willing to work hard for low pay are typically college grads in their first job. For a company that boasts about being the "best Christian place to work," it seemed like overall, stress was really high, pay was too low and there was low morale for the employees.

I think you're right that in some departments we didn't have the right balance of experienced leaders and new, 'first-job' team members. This year we've already put a lot of energy into re-organizing the marketing department, and we're working to hire some more experienced leaders as well as to improve leadership training for people already on the team.
