Thank you for your contributions over the last few years. We love the flexibility in work locations tool! We have had a number of changes in leadership the past few years and need to continue to evolve and innovate to remain the leading Bible Study Software. While change can be difficult, we are actively testing new products and strategies in the market and transforming our plans based on customer need and sentiment. This does often require pivots and changing course which can be a strain on our talented workforce, but shows our customer centricity and desire to meet current and new customer needs, furthering our reach and mission. We have the distinctive opportunity to leverage each new leaders strengths as we refocus our strategy and objectives in order to better serve our mission. Additionally, we are focused on increasing the diversity of our candidates by dedicating time and resources to sourcing underrepresented talent for our open roles.
