Pros

Clear career path. Good salaries. Nice office. Mostly nice projects, but exceptions happen. Company does all to improve your skills: free tutorials, libraries, communities are developed. Free english lessons

Cons

It is not guaranteed that you will work with smart person. Interviews are quite easy and they don't check your programming skills. So people with some knowledge of theory of algorithms but without programming skills can enter the company. So it can happen that you will get ridiculous orders and you will have to help seniors and team leads in programming. Some smart and skilled people also work there.
