One of the worst HR management that I have ever seen being Unresponsive to the people when they take the interviews.

I'm sorry that there is confusion regarding our response to candidates who have interviewed with LCS. All candidates who come to our office for an onsite interview receive a response from LCS regarding the status of their application. Often times, this response happens within one week. Since you have indicated that you are a current employee, you obviously received a response from us regarding an employment offer. If you have any other questions regarding our recruitment process I would be happy to discuss those with you in person.

Pros

Great corporate culture. Everybody above me in the chain of command, including the owner, is intelligent and treats people with respect. I wish that I had come here 20 years earlier. They invest in their people rather than treating us as number.

Cons

Employment is mostly limited to the Cincinnati area, which is fine for me.

Nearly everyone at the company is kind and helpful. The room for growth is there if you take it. Company culture is the best I have seen in Cincinnati.

Cons

Disconnect between departments. Major improvements needed in workflows and processes. Sometimes it does not pay off to work harder than others here.
