I was given plenty of work to do, trusted to make changes on my own in the codebase. Everyone is friendly and willing to help you figure out what the code does or give you pointers in the right direction.

Not really a con since I am not experienced enough yet,.. but I just hope their pay increases match what is being offered in the open market as I progress in experience, I would stay here for life as long as I am not missing out on any financial opportunities that would help make my life more secure.
Great corporate culture. Everybody above me in the chain of command, including the owner, is intelligent and treats people with respect. I wish that I had come here 20 years earlier. They invest in their people rather than treating us as number.

Employment is mostly limited to the Cincinnati area, which is fine for me.
