      Pros

      LCS provides a good work environment at the office and at home. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      A hybrid schedule is offered, but there is still limited flexibility. Can sometimes take a long time to move up within the company.

      Pros

      Work life balance, co-workers that are helpful and never make me feel less than, flexible hybid schedule, a product/mission/leadership I am happy to work for.

      Cons

      Not really a con since I am not experienced enough yet,.. but I just hope their pay increases match what is being offered in the open market as I progress in experience, I would stay here for life as long as I am not missing out on any financial opportunities that would help make my life more secure.

      Pros

      Great corporate culture. Everybody above me in the chain of command, including the owner, is intelligent and treats people with respect. I wish that I had come here 20 years earlier. They invest in their people rather than treating us as number.

      Cons

      Employment is mostly limited to the Cincinnati area, which is fine for me.
