Pros

Entry and mid-level staff were dedicated and hard-working. Students were interested in getting what they paid for. Some faculty were dedicated to teaching.

Cons

Senior leadership was absent and there was no communication. Staff cuts and attrition lead to overworked and underpaid staff. Under performing employees were shuffled from department to department and even after coaching eventually couldn't be moved elsewhere. Faculty were often at odds with one another and hardly present. Disdain between the president, Kimberly Cline, and the faculty remained even 2 years after faculty were locked out. Multiple, immediate demands placed on staff requiring them to work long hours, not be compensated, only for the program to go nowhere and for staff not to be recognized. HR is non-existent and when they can be contacted less than helpful. Turn-over of staff and school leadership is rapid. Faculty are often not granted tenure with no rationale given leading to a contentious environment. Student were lied to consistently which led to their disappointment and dissatisfaction.
