Obvious lack of leadership and vision from administration, unethical hiring practices. - Professor Long Island University Employee Review

Part time employees are treated unfairly by the administration. No room for growth, the university seems less concerned with providing a quality education then it was in years past. Misappropriation of funds seems evident in some departments. Concern over expanding class size is resulting in combined classes which do not take into account the students needs, combining 100 and 200 level classes to ensure a higher student to teacher ratio is not a good way to educate students.
