Pros

There really are none for employees unless you are one of the president's overpaid admin hires or are Pres. Cline, drawing an enormous salary while failing on all fronts

Cons

Incompetent administrative leadership who hold faculty and students in disdain and who are entirely distrusted (rightly) One boondoggle after another draining resources from what any univ'y mission should be (education and research) A level of mistreatment of faculty that is staggering Student employees seem to be the source of all or most positive reviews; trust the extraordinary negative reviews from faculty and full-time staff
