Pros

"I enjoy campus walks, the equestrian and the horses. I enjoy my coworkers. I enjoy working with students. I believe we should have more employees in the office especially since we have added the DVM program and the PT program. Financial aid is crucial. There has to be more than 2 counselors for this university to run well and for the students to be happier. "

"I think we can improve by being more intuitive about our job by going to seminars or zooms as a team. "
