Long View did not practice what they preached in every sense of the word. Departments and entire branches competed against each other, often using less skilled resources in order to save a particular department or branch money. Good ideas do not win out here, the ones with the most abrasive personalities do. "Teamwork" was only existent in very small pockets. They preach "security" but do not practice access of least privilege, 2 factor security, or even have a decent password policy. Their strategy is dictated and you need to get on board.
