      Good pay Strong IT skills Fun co workers

      Cons

      Bonus not enough to keep the best Overtime not compensated Weak managers Ratio of consultants to supervisor/manager too high Managers are either weak or stretched too thin with CLP and other jobs Need more soft skills training Consultants starting to look around or go off on their own

      Pros

      Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

      Cons

      No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
