Pros

People. Culture. Innovation. Values. Career Advancement. It has been a pleasure working at Long View over the last four and a half years. I am grateful for the opportunities, learnings and personal development that my time here provided me. My new role will help me continue to develop and grow my career. I will miss the community, culture and generosity of Long View, it’s partners and it’s people the most. They are some of the best and brightest and most “awesome-est” people that I have had the pleasure of working with. The company is poised for continued growth. I wish Don and the company much success.

Cons

There was nothing really negative about working at Long View. They are a nimble, agile company that is "getting it done".

Pros

Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

Cons

No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
