Pros
Depends where you're coming from. Comparatively it can be a great place to work, and I don't doubt that some departments are better than others. If you're a tech, its definitely one of the better companies.
Cons
You can get really conflicting feedback depending on the day, the manager and the weather. Well not the weather, that should give you an idea of how quickly it can fluctuate. Marketing seems to be a department where you're pushed to give 110% 24/7, but the management isn't expected to show any of that same loyalty towards you. Same with sales, although sales being a more numbers driven environment, I would allow them a bit more leeway. One of the biggest issues with Long View is that you hear such amazing positive things about it as a place to work... And then you find that it doesn't come close to living up to those expectations.
