Pros

Good people, great manager, fun place to work. Lot's of after work social events that are fun to participate in. Good learning opportunities and possibilities for growth within the company. I witnessed several people moving up from tier 1 help desk to tier 2 and beyond. There is a lot of knowledge and expertise in the company to tap into.

Cons

Great place to learn, but the pay seemed to be on the low end of the scale. I heard reports that promotions didn't always come with the appropriate pay raise, but they may have gotten better since I was there.

Pros

Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

Cons

No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
